This small caravan park has been under the same ownership since being established in the 1950’s. It is situated in the picturesque village of Dwygyfylchi, which lies at the foot of Sychnant Pass within Snowdonia National Park in Conwy, North Wales.

Nestled amongst trees below Mynydd y Dref (Conwy Mountain), just 3.5 miles from Conwy town centre, golf course and marina and 8 miles from the seaside town of Llandudno, Tyddyn Llan is the perfect place to own a holiday home.

There are 38 individual pitches, with pitches benefiting from their own individual garden. All caravans are privately owned and restricted to owner only use & occupation to maintain the tranquility of the park. The park is ideally suited for people looking for a secluded, quiet setting that has easy access to local facilities as well as the North Wales coast.

A row of small houses or cabins with decks, a green grassy area, and a mountain with trees in the background under a blue sky with white clouds.
